In-Person Class Membership Options

 

Bronze Membership

The Bronze Membership credits you 40 classes to use within an 11 month period. This membership guarantees a place in your preferred class, and payment must be set up monthly via our booking system, TeamUp.

This membership also allows you to attend extra classes during the week, if you need to catch up from a previously missed class. If you use all your 40 classes before the end of the 11 months, you have to option to purchase a Top Up Pack.

Payment fees are calculated on a 40 week teaching schedule*, divided equally into 11 monthly payments. The number of classes will vary month to month throughout the year.

Payment structure – Class fee £9.50 x 40 sessions = £380 / 11 monthly payments = £34.55

Refunds are not given for missed classes. If you decide to cancel your membership, we kindly request that you give us 30 days notice. You can change to a different payment plan at any time.

Payment can be taken by Debit/Credit Card, or as a Direct Debit through the secure payment system, Go Cardless. The membership will expire on 25th July 2025, when regular classes finish.

*We guarantee 40 classes with this membership. If we are unable to honor this, you will be refunded/or payment adjusted, at the end of your membership.

 

                                                                                                                                       

Silver Membership

The Silver Membership credits you 80 classes to use within an 11 month period. This membership guarantees a place in your preferred classes (based on two classes per week), and payment must be set monthly via our booking system, TeamUp.

This membership also allows you to attend extra classes during the week, if you need to catch up from a previously missed class. If you use all your 80 classes before the end of the 11 months, you have to option to purchase a Top Up Pack.

Payment fees are calculated on a 40 week teaching schedule*, divided equally into 11 monthly payments. The number of classes will vary month to month throughout the year.

Payment structure – Class fee £9.00 x 80 sessions = £720 / 11 monthly payments = £65.45

Refunds are not given for missed classes. If you decide to cancel your membership, we kindly request that you give us 30 days notice. You can change to a different payment plan at any time.

Payment can be taken by Debit/Credit Card, or as a Direct Debit through the secure payment system, Go Cardless. The membership will expire on 25th July 2025, when regular classes finish.

Membership Top Up Pack

This pack gives you 10 more sessions should you use all your allocated classes (for intro, bronze and silver memberships). This pack is valid for 10 weeks (half term breaks will not be counted).

One off payment - £95.00

Flexi Membership  – 4 Session Pack (valid for 6 weeks)

Pay for a pack of 4 sessions in advance that you can use within a 6 week period, giving you flexibility if you are away on holiday during this time (half term breaks will not be counted).

Payment for 4 session pack - £42.00

You can book into any available class, but please ensure you book a class that is a suitable level for you. Refunds are not given for classes not taken. You can book all your sessions in advance, and change to another class at any point during the 6 weeks.

Payment can be taken by Debit/Credit Card, or as a Direct Debit through our secure payment system, Go Cardless.

 

 

Specialist Class Membership

A Specialist Class Membership gives you 12 classes to use within a fixed, 12 week period. This payment option allows you to set your payment up monthly, and you’ll be billed the same amount every month. This also guarantees a place in your class.

Payment structure –  3 monthly payments of £60 (if a deposit is made, fees will be adjusted.)

Refunds are not given for missed classes, and the membership cannot be cancelled early.

At the end of the 12 weeks you will have to option to continue month by month, or change to a different class and membership option.

Payment can be taken by Debit/Credit Card, or as a Direct Debit through the secure payment system, Go Cardless.

 

 

Specialist Class Top Up

This top up pack allows you 4 more sessions to use in your specialist class, and is valid for 30 days.

One off payment - £60.00

Refunds are not given for classes not taken.

Payment can be taken by Debit/Credit Card, or as a Direct Debit through our secure payment system, Go Cardless.

 

 

Payment Option – Pay-As-You-Go

Please get in touch if you would like details of this payment option. £12.00 per session.

Payment can be taken by Debit/Credit Card.

Catch-Up Sessions

Please ensure that you un-book yourself from your class if you are unable to make it. You will then be able to use that class credit in another class as a catch up session. Catch up sessions will not be added to your account if you forgot to unregister from a class. Sessions must be cancelled up to 15 minutes before the start of your class to receive a class credit.

 

 

Class Discount

If you are a Strong and Supple Online Member, you will continue to receive your class discount, and details will be sent via email before you register online. Please note this discount is only available on recurring monthly membership options, but will remain in place while you continue to be a Strong and Supple Online Member. This discount is only available once. Should you cancel your recurring monthly membership, but decide to join again in the future, the discount will not be applied. This discount is not available to new members.

One class per week -  £6.00 discount per month

Two classes per week - £10.00 discount per month

 

 

Permanently cancelling your recurring monthly memberships

If you decide to leave your regular class, we kindly request 30 days notice.

1-2-1 Private Sessions

 

1-2-1 Session Payment Options – All sessions are payable in advance. Any sessions cancelled and not rearrange within 24 hours, will not be refund or rebooked.

 

40 Minute Initial Assessment (includes a free class)        £40.00
Session usage is valid for one month.

 

1 x 55 Minutes                                                                          £45.00
Session usage is valid for two weeks. If you need to cancel, you must rebook and use within the two period. Sessions not used during the two weeks will not be refunded. Bookings are subject to availability.

 

3 x 40 Minutes                                                                          £114.00
Session usage is valid for four weeks. If you need to cancel, you must rebook and use within the four week period. Sessions not used during the four weeks will not be refunded. Bookings are subject to availability.

 

 

Two-2-One Session Payment Options (Two people sharing) – All sessions are payable in advance. Any sessions cancelled and not rearrange within 24 hours, will not be refund or rebooked.

 

 

1 x 55 Minutes                                                                          £60.00

3 x 55 Minutes                                                                          £165.00
Session usage is valid for four weeks. If you need to cancel, you must rebook and use within the four week period. Sessions not used during the four weeks will not be refunded. Bookings are subject to availability.

All private sessions must be paid for in advance.

 

 

Strong and Supple Pilates Online Class Membership Options

 

Joining the online membership

You can purchase a monthly subscription (£22.00 recurring monthly payment), or a 6 monthly subscription (£110.00 recurring once every 6 months) through the website www.totalpilates.online

If you’re a class member with a monthly recurring payment, you can request a discount code, and receive your online membership for £12.00 per month. Please get in touch for details.

Payment can be taken by Debit/Credit Card, or via PayPal.

 

Cancelling your online membership

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account. Click on your profile image in the top right hand corner and select settings. Select ‘Billing Info’ in the top right hand corner, and from there you can cancel your membership. Refunds are not given.
