I’m Natalie, a Pilates Teacher and Wellness Coach who is passionate about helping women as they reach midlife to maintain a healthy lifestyle through Pilates exercise and gut health nutrition to manage pain, stiffness, create better movement and mobility, along with building robust immunity and a healthy digestive system.
